All exchanges and cancellations are subject to seller approval

A minimum fee of 20% of the purchase price will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on seller approved returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Merchandise can be held a maximum of 1 year. After 1 year, merchandise will be returned to stock and a 20% restocking fee will be charged.

Special orders are NOT subject to cancellation

Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is created. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise caused by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation, difficulty or any other cause beyond the control of the seller.

In-stock items typically take 5-7 days to ship.  Some items may be out of stock, or special order items. These may take up to 3 weeks to arrive, and in some circumstances even longer.  Call (504) 341-5736 for additional information.
